Meeting Room Use

The Free Library of New Hope and Solebury now has a small meeting space available for rental:

  • 15 person capacity
  •  There is a 2-hour limit on the amount of time groups may use the space.
  • $5 for non-profits with documentation from the IRS that you are tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or Articles of Incorporation as a non-profit corporation.
  • $15 fee for Profits, non-profits charging for their services or private parties.
  • An application must be completed for room reservation and approved by the library prior to the use of the space no less than one week prior to the date requested. Payment is also required in advance.
