2024 COMMUNITY SPELLING BEE

Our 4th Community Spelling Bee is ready to take flight! Not only is the Bee a fun event for the whole community, but all event proceeds go directly to support the Library’s operating fund.
This fundraiser for The Free library of New Hope & Solebury is a three-person team event, where adult spellers work together to spell the word. A “swarm” of five teams at a time will compete in four fast-paced rounds until only four teams are left. Our ~bee will keep things humming along to the exciting final round.
All proceeds go to funding The Free Library’s operational expenses, so we can better serve our community. This is our BIG fundraising event of the year. Don’t miss a minute of the buzz!
How can you Bee involved?
- Form a three-person team (min. age: 16) and pay $150 entry fee. PLUS, raise money by asking friends, family members and coworkers to sponsor your team!
- Bee a sponsor ($2,000, $1,000 & $500 levels are available).
- Purchase a Bee program ad.
- Buy an alphabet letter (S50).

- Donate to the bee! Any amount would be appreciated to support the Library.
