Calling all mystery lovers, true crime fans and amateur sleuths!

Your presence and deduction skills are requested at a 1920s themed murder mystery evening at Cradle Valley Farm. Actors from the Murder Mystery Company will guide guests through a night of clues, witnesses and suspects as we all attempt to solve the crime. Costumes welcome!

What’s the story?

Lucky you! You’ve been invited to the Dunn Speakeasy – in this event, you’ll never know who to trust. With two mob families merging together, someone is bound to lose power, which means someone else will lose their life! Get ready for a high-spirited evening of mystery, intrigue, delectable food…and death!

Fall Fundraiser tickets are $125 each. Locally sourced heavy hors d’oeuvres, dessert and drinks are included with admission.

Special Initiative: Help us fill the book bike!

Attendees will also have a chance to take part in our raffle in support of the Library’s new book bike! Our newest outreach tool, the book bike will visit local schools, make stops in town, and take part in regional celebrations, all while taking Library materials on the go, ready for checkout wherever you are. Now we need your help filling it with books, games, movies, and more – every raffle ticket purchased during the fundraiser will go right towards supporting our mission of sharing knowledge and enriching lives.
